1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to the customer.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  • In your request, please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

  • For exchanges, please also specify the desired size or color, which is subject to availability.

3. Return Process & Shipping

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with return instructions and the return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. However, if the item you received was incorrect or defective, Silaikarhai.pk will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. The timing of the refund's appearance on your statement may vary depending on your bank's processing times.
